1 Year Journey – Wyoming / Utah

It was so nice outside this morning! Low 70s and no humidity.

We continued across I-80 and stopped at a rest area in Wyoming. We captured some footage from the air!

The Bluetooth wireless headphone set up with the front TV is working pretty well!

Pitstop near the Utah border!

Utah!!!!!

We drove downtown Salt Lake City to eat at the “old spaghetti factory”, one of our favorite places to go!

We then got setup at the Golden Spike RV Park on the northeast corner of the lake.

Utah is a new state for all four of us, and the 26th one we’ve visited in an RV since we started traveling in January, 2016!  Our “states visited in an RV” map now looks like this!

From this map, it looks like we have something against the Northeast!  We hope to see a good portion of that area either this Fall or next Spring.

I love that our kids have seen so much of the USA in an RV.  They have also seen the Carolinas by plane and car, and will see Alaska by cruise ship in September, bringing their total to 29, but that’s a different map for states visited by any kind of vehicle!  Avin has also been to Canada (Victoria, BC) when he was only 1, and Tripp will get to see Canada in September as well, when we take a cruise to Alaska.
More pics and videos to come!

Here’s a quick look at the town of Brigham, where we stayed.

We are so excited to be back in the land of Tillamook ice cream!!! It, alone, is worth the trip out here!!!  It’s the softest, smoothest, best tasting ice cream ever made!

We are planning to take a tour of the Tillamook cheese factory when we head north through Oregon along the coastline. We hear they have really tasty cheese curds!  Their yogurt is amazing as well.

Tomorrow, we head through Idaho toward Oregon.
